Arrival and departure

• Check-in: 3:00–8:00 pm; later arrival until 10 pm by arrangement, fee 500 CZK
• Check-out: by 10 am including vacating the parking space; later until 5 pm by arrangement, fee 1,000 CZK
• The reception for both guesthouses is in Pension George

Parking

• Private car park right outside the guesthouses
• One free space per apartment
• A space for a second vehicle cannot be guaranteed
• A garage can be reserved in advance for 250 CZK/night

House facilities

• Free Wi-Fi in all apartments
• Ski room for storing skis
• Boot room with boot dryers
• High chair available free on request
• Outdoor terrace with a barbecue option in summer – a charcoal grill and a wooden grill cabin for rent (see extra charges)

• Please complete the online check-in in advance – it speeds up check-in on arrival
• The local tourist fee is paid on site
• Use of the washing machine for a fee of 250 CZK
• A lost key is charged at 1,000 CZK

• Pets are not allowed
• Indoor shoes only in the accommodation area
