Sofa, which can be folded into a comfortable double bed 170 x 200 cm, modern TV with satellite channels, free wifi. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. The bathroom is entered from the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The apartment has a balcony overlooking Hromovka or Medvědín.

A deposit of 2500 CZK (or 100 EUR) is payable on arrival for each apartment and is refundable upon departure.

When booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay sent within 5 days of booking. The rest of the amount will be paid on arrival in cash or by card.

Contributions from the employer can be drawn on the invoice.

Winter
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Spring Summer Autumn
You can cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
We treat each canceled reservation individually.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the whole pension.
Pets are not allowed.
Entry to the accommodation part of the guesthouse is only in home shoes.
There is a ski storage room for skis, a shoe storage room with boot dryers.
Child chair is available on request free of charge.
One free parking space is available for each apartment. Second car has not guaranteed parking spot. We can also offer spot in our garage for 250 CZK/day.
Arrival – check-in is avaible from 15:00 to 20.00, later check-in is only possible by agreement and costs 500 CZK.
Departure – on the day of departure it is necessary to vacate the rooms by 10 am including parking. Later check-out (max until 17:00) is only possible after agreement and costs 1000 CZK.
